MEET THE TEAM
David Daiches, Chief Executive Officer
David assumed the position of CEO of Insurecom on 9 May 2011 having previously held the position of Chief Operations Officer since 2008. David has a keen interest in process improvement, utilising techniques such as six sigma and lean. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. He is also a keen Liverpool supporter and has completed 3 triathlons and 2 marathons.
David Templeman, Chief Financial Officer
David Joined Insurecom in March 2012 as the Chief Financial Officer. He is an experienced contributor to fast-growth businesses and will work closely with Insurecom’s CEO, David Daiches, in driving the business forward.
Chris Moseley, Chief Commercial Officer
Chris has worked for Insurecom since 2004 and is responsible for all relationships with insurers and other product providers to ensure Insurecom is at the forefront of all initiatives in the insurance market. Outside of work, Chris is a keen sportsman and plays golf and badminton, although his main area of interest is cricket where he plays for his local Club and is a Level 2 qualified coach.
Helen Baldwin, Head of Consulting
Helen joined Insurecom in June 2008 as a project manager and has recently been appointed as Head of Consulting to help bring together the great expertise and product knowledge that exists at Insurecom to enable the company to help our customers to get the most out of their systems. She is currently studying for her MBA at the University of Brighton and is a keen gardener.
Joe Sultana, Head of Business Development
Joe Sultana rejoins Insurecom as Head of Business Development. He has been in the broking business for 20 years and joins from Moorhouse where he was appointed operations director in 2008. Joe has also played rugby at national and international level and gained over 20 caps for Malta, including representing them in two World Cup Qualifying campaigns.
Simon Lawrence, Head of Support Services
Simon has worked for Insurecom since 2000 and is responsible for IT infrastructure and he now has responsibility for the customer support helpdesk. Simon joined Insurecom having managed a major IT infrastructure project for a local insurance company. Simon’s interests include playing the electric guitar and producing his own music, photography and computer programming.
April Hadert, Head of HR
April joined Insurecom as Head of Human Resources in 2006 and implements, develops and maintains people strategies across the company. April is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has 20 years experience within both the public and private sectors. Outside work April enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, skiing and eating out.
