An Insurecom Business Consultant will meet with executive management to initiate discussions regards your current business operations, corporate structure, and business infrastructure. This phase begins the process of exploring your business aspirations and defining every possibility for your business. In this phase we also define the process in greater detail. The Business Consultant project manages the consultative process, giving you a professional, experienced, single point of contact.
Exploration Phase

Business Proposal

Due Diligence Phase
This phase, if required, serves as the final due diligence stage within the consultative process. Insurecom will arrange a discussion or site visit with an existing client operating under a similar environment.
Reference Phase
Contract signing, and the 28 Day Implementation Process begins. At this stage your Insurecom Business Consultant will work with you to place you in the capable hands of a Specialist Process Manager who will be your single, dedicated point of contact during implementation and commissioning.
