As CEO my goal is simple; to deliver innovative, high quality technology solutions to the general insurance industry that make our customers successful.
  
2010 was a record year for us financially. This profitability, coupled with the fact we are debt free is allowing us to invest significantly in 2011. One of our key projects this year is our groundbreaking full-cycle and dynamic-risk Commercial Lines module that was announced at this year’s Insurecom Broker Business Conference on 2 March and is set for release at the end of 2011. This development is progressing very well and we are confident that this innovative new module will signal a step change in the way SME commercial business is traded.
  
Our continual emphasis on excellence has helped us to establish strong partnerships with all of the major UK insurers. This allows us to bring new products to market in record time and ensures our brokers stay one step ahead of the competition. We measure our success by the success of our customers and are continuously looking for ways we can improve our products and services.
  
We continue to attract the best talent to Insurecom and have made a number of new appointments in 2011. We have a great team of people who are proud of working for the company and are passionate about building on our reputation as a trusted business partner.
